Wir suchen 1 Vertriebsmitarbeiter_in im Außendienst (m/w/x) Innsbruck Vollzeit

Stellenbeschreibung

* Aktive Neukundenakquise und strategischer Verkauf unserer Dienstleistungen

* Kompetente Beratung und Betreuung bestehender Kund_innen - von der Analyse vor Ort bis zur Lösung

* Erstellung von maßgeschneiderten Angeboten, Vertragsverhandlungen und erfolgreicher Abschluss

* Nachhaltige Pflege und Ausbau langfristiger Kund_innenbeziehungen (After-Sales Betreuung)

* Marktbeobachtung und Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten

Qualifikationen

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsaußendienst (B2B und/oder B2C)

* Große Freude am Kund_innenkontakt sowie ein sicheres, sympathisches und überzeugendes Auftreten

* Eigenverantwortliche, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Abschlussstärke

* Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools (Google Workspace, MS Office etc.)

* Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B

Vergütung

Für diese Position bieten wir ein fixes Monatsbruttogehalt ab € 2.535,00 (auf Vollzeitbasis) mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Zusätzlich profitieren Sie von einer ungedeckelten Provision. Damit Sie entspannt und ohne Druck starten können, sichern wir Sie in den ersten 6 Monaten mit einer Garantieprovision ab.
