DARUM GEHT ES KONKRET

* Beratung: Du berätst und unterstürzt unsere Installateur-Kunden telefonisch in allen Fragen rund um unsere Sanitär- und Heizungsprodukte.

* Betreuung: Die Erstellung von Angeboten, die Erfassung von Kundenaufträgen sowie die Bearbeitung der Bestellungen zählen zu deinen Aufgaben.

* Kundenkontakt: Du bist laufend im Kontakt mit unseren Lieferanten und Kunden.

* Zusammenarbeit: Intern arbeitest du besonders eng mit den Außendienst Kolleg:innen zusammen.

DAS WÜNSCHEN WIR UNS

* Technisches Verständnis: Du bist ein Verkaufstalent mit technischem Verständnis und verfügst bereits über Produktwissen im Sanitär- und Heizungsbereich.

* Profi in Sachen Kommunikation: Du hast Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt, sowie an der Beratung deiner Kunden.

* Professionalität: Dein Auftreten ist professionell, und du bringst eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit.

* Digital Natives: Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse sind für dich kein Problem.
