Was wir vorhaben

Ziel der Funktion

Verantwortung für die Betreuung von Kunden entlang des gesamten Vertriebsprozesses von der Anfrage bis zum After-Sales-Service. Betreuung von KeyAccounts, Gewinnung von Neukunden, Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsfelder sowie aktive Mitgestaltung digitaler Vertriebsprozesse.

* Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Angebotserstellung

* Koordination technischer, terminlicher und kaufmännischer Abstimmungen

* Betreuung von Key Accounts und Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen

* Neukundengewinnung und Erschließung neuer Marktsegmente

* Reklamationsmanagement und After-Sales-Service

* Mitarbeit bei Digitalisierung, Webshop- und KI-gestützten Vertriebslösungen

Wen wir suchen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder vergleichbare akademische Ausbildung)

* Vertriebserfahrung im Industrie-, Stahl- oder Metallumfeld von Vorteil

* Technisches Verständnis für Werkstoffe und Produktionsprozesse

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke sowie Reisebereitschaft

* Sicherer Umgang mit SAP, CRM und MS Office

Das Bruttomonatsgehalt gemäß Kollektivvertrag beträgt für diese Funktion mindestens €4.539,31 auf Basis Vollzeit. Bei entsprechender Qualifikation oder Berufserfahrung ist eine Überbezahlung möglich.
