Vollzeit, 40 Stunden, unbefristet Büro in Klagenfurt Start ab sofort

Fixgehalt 2.500 bis 4.560 € brutto, 14 Gehälter, plus Provision ohne Obergrenze

Du hast kein Problem mit einem Nein, nur mit einem Job, in dem gute Zahlen nichts verändern. Die EasyPlusMedia OG gewinnt für Betriebe in Österreich, Deutschland und der Schweiz planbar Anfragen und Bewerbungen. Bei uns entscheiden deine Ergebnisse, wann du vom Telefon ins Setting und Closing aufsteigst, nicht die Wartezeit.

Deine Karriereleiter:

* Stufe 1, Opener: Erstgespräche am Telefon führen und Termine vereinbaren.

* Stufe 2, Setter und Closer: Online-Meetings führen und Aufträge abschließen.

* Ab Stufe 2: deutlich mehr Provision, weiterhin ohne Obergrenze.

* Ab Stufe 2: Telefoniert wird nur noch in den Lücken zwischen deinen Meetings.

Wie schnell du aufsteigst, entscheiden nur deine Zahlen. Die Kriterien dafür kennst du vom ersten Tag an.

Das bringst du mit:

* Du willst durch Leistung überdurchschnittlich verdienen.

* Du lässt dich gern an deinen Zahlen messen.

* Nach dem zwanzigsten Nein klingt dein nächster Anruf wie der erste.

* Du gehst gern auf Menschen zu und setzt Feedback sofort um.

* Deutsch mindestens C1, weil du täglich mit Entscheider:innen telefonierst.

* Verkaufserfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.

Nichts für dich, wenn:

* du ein Nein persönlich nimmst.

* du lieber ohne Zielvorgaben arbeitest.

Das bekommst du:

* Einen klaren Weg nach oben, mit jeder Stufe mehr Provision.

* Einarbeitung direkt durch die Geschäftsführung.

* Flexible Arbeitszeit von 6 bis 22 Uhr, Mehrarbeit wird bezahlt.

Gehalt:

Das Gehalt beträgt 2.500 bis 4.560 € brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis (14 Gehälter), je nach Erfahrung. Dazu kommt Provision ohne Obergrenze, ab Stufe 2 deutlich mehr.
