Gesucht wird ab sofort ein/e 1 VERTRIEBSMITARBEITER_IN MIT DER PERSPEKTIVE AUF VERTRIEBSLEITUNG für Vollzeit.

Herausfordernde und verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

* Aktiver Verkauf unserer Weine im In- und Ausland mit Umsatzverantwortung

* Neukundenakquise und Erschließung neuer Märkte

* Repräsentation des Weinguts auf Messen und Veranstaltungen

* Selbstständige Auftragsabwicklung von der Angebotserstellung bis zur Auslieferung

* Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung

* Einbringen neuer Ideen und Verkaufsstrategien

* Schrittweise Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung

Mit diesem Profil überzeugen Sie uns:

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im aktiven Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Weinbranche

* Nachweisbare Vertriebserfolge und hohe Abschlussstärke

* Internationale Vertriebserfahrung von Vorteil

* Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Fundierter Umgang mit MS Office

* Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und unternehmerisches Denken

* Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Begeisterung für Wein
