Bei Wottle bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und unseren Technikexperten. Du verstehst, was ein Kunde braucht, klärst die Anforderungen mit unserem Team und begleitest ihn auf dem Weg zur passenden Lösung. 1 Vertriebsmitarbeiter_in mit Rainmaker-Mentalität (m/w/d) Pressentechnologie & Kellereitechnik Vollzeit (38,5h) Poysdorf

Deine Aufgaben:

* Du baust Kontakte zu neuen Kunden auf und entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter.

* Du besuchst Betriebe, hörst zu und findest heraus, welche Anforderungen Kunden an ihre Prozesse und Anlagen haben.

* Du nimmst diese Anforderungen genau auf, klärst technische Fragen mit unseren Experten und erklärst die Lösung verständlich.

* Du begleitest Anfragen und Angebote bis zur Entscheidung und bleibst bei den nächsten Schritten dran.

* Du dokumentierst Gespräche und Verkaufschancen sorgfältig in unserem CRM und bringst Ideen für unseren Vertrieb ein.

Das bringst du mit:

* Du hast Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen und Interesse an Technik

* Du ergreifst Initiative, arbeitest genau und hältst Zusagen ein

* Du gehst sicher mit Windows und Microsoft Office um und arbeitest dich gerne in neue digitale Systeme ein

* Du bist gerne bei Kunden vor Ort und möchtest die Marke "Wottle" mit deinem Einsatz weiterbringen

* abgeleisteter Wehr- oder Wehrersatzdienst

* Führerschein der Klasse B

Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb ist willkommen. Entscheidend sind für uns deine Energie, deine Lernbereitschaft und dein Gespür für Menschen. Unsere Produkte und Anwendungen lernst du bei uns kennen.

Das erwartet dich

Ein schlagfertiges Team in Poysdorf, kurze Wege und ein vertrauensvolles Miteinander. Du verbringst deine Zeit im Büro und bei unseren Kunden. Deine Ideen sind gefragt, und du kannst mitgestalten, wie wir neue Kontakte gewinnen und Kunden betreuen.

Das All-in-Gehalt beginnt bei 3.500 € brutto monatlich, 14-mal jährlich. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung sind wir zur Überzahlung bereit.
