Aktuell suchen wir 1 Vertriebsmitarbeiter Innendienst (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Selbstständige Auftragsabwicklung im ERP-System

* Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertriebsaußendienst und internen Bereichen wie Export und Produktionsplanung

* Laufende Kundenbetreuung und Bearbeitung von Anfragen

* Mitarbeit bei internationalen Vertriebsaktivitäten und Messeauftritten

* Betreuung und Optimierung von Vertriebsprozessen und digitalen Tools

* Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität in den eingesetzten Systemen

* Analyse von Kunden-, Auftrags- und Prozessdaten zur Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen

* Mitarbeit bei Projekten und bereichsübergreifenden Prozessoptimierungen

* Bearbeitung von Akkreditiven und Bankgarantien (je nach Erfahrung)

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HTL, HAS oder vergleichbar)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder in einer vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Position

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Interesse an ERP-, CRM- und anderen digitalen Systemen

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Serviceorientierung, Teamgeist und Eigeninitiative

* Analytisches Denken sowie Freude daran, Prozesse zu verstehen und weiterzuentwickeln

* Erfahrung mit Akkreditiven und Bankgarantien von Vorteil

Für diese Stelle ist eine kollektivvertragliche Mindestentlohnung ab Beschäftigungsgruppe E von EUR 3.467,53 brutto monatlich vorgesehen. Leistungsgerechte Überzahlung nach entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich.
