Vertrouwensarts - Medische signalen wegen bij vermoedens van geweld of mishandeling: als vertrouwensarts geef jij richting aan zorgvuldige besluitvorming. Vertrouwensarts Jouw nieuwe baan Meldingen over huiselijk geweld en kindermishandeling vragen om een arts die rustig blijft kijken, luisteren en wegen. Jij beoordeelt medische signalen, analyseert informatie uit dossiers en helpt collega's om tot een zorgvuldig plan van aanpak te komen. Je verifieert medische gegevens en vertrouwelijke informatie uit meldingen. Waar nodig voer je topteenonderzoek bij kinderen uit. Ook adviseer je collega's bij casuïstiek en sluit je aan bij gesprekken met cliënten wanneer jouw medische blik nodig is. Contact met medische en hulpverlenende instanties hoort bij jouw werk. Je verwijst naar externe specialisten wanneer dat beter past bij de situatie. Daarnaast geef je advies en voorlichting aan professionals en burgers over medische aspecten van huiselijk geweld en kindermishandeling. Ben je basisarts en wil je dit vakgebied verder leren kennen? Ook dan ben je welkom. De opleiding tot vertrouwensarts wordt naar verwachting georganiseerd vanaf september 2027. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Rondom elke melding komen medische, sociale en juridische vragen bij elkaar. Jij werkt samen met collega's die meldingen beoordelen, plannen van aanpak maken en contact onderhouden met cliënten en ketenpartners. De casuïstiek raakt gezinnen, kinderen en volwassenen in afhankelijke relaties. Dat vraagt om zorgvuldigheid, stevige afwegingen en taal die voor collega's én betrokkenen duidelijk is. Jij brengt medische informatie terug tot wat nodig is voor een goed onderbouwd oordeel. Na een eerste inwerkperiode is deels thuiswerken in overleg mogelijk. Voor geregistreerde artsen kan deelname aan de 24-uurs bereikbaarheidsdienst onderdeel worden van het werk. Die dienst wordt samen met andere regio's vormgegeven.
