Ben jij een ervaren operator met een sterk technisch inzicht en neem je graag extra verantwoordelijkheid op? Voor een moderne productieomgeving zoeken wij een Vervangend Teamleader Productie die tijdens afwezigheid van de Teamleader de operationele leiding van de shift mee op zich neemt.

Je combineert je technische kennis en ervaring als operator met een coördinerende rol op de werkvloer. Je zorgt ervoor dat de productie vlot verloopt en hebt daarbij steeds oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid, hygiëne en teamwork.

Wat zal je job inhouden?

Als Vervangend Teamleader Productie ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor het goede verloop van de productie tijdens jouw shift. Je ondersteunt en stuurt collega-operatoren operationeel aan, volgt de productielijnen nauwgezet op en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. Bij afwezigheid van de Teamleader neem je tijdelijk de coördinatie van de ploeg over.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Werkzaamheden en werkposten verdelen, rekening houdend met de planning en personeelsbezetting
  • Collega-operatoren tijdens de ploeg ondersteunen en mee begeleiden in hun werkzaamheden
  • De productielijnen en machines nauwgezet opvolgen, inclusief ombouwwerkzaamheden en belangrijke procesinstellingen
  • Instellen en ombouwen van machines waar nodig
  • Opvolgen van kritische parameters en het productieproces
  • Oplossen van kleine storingen
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne op de werkvloer
  • Toezien op het naleven van HACCP-, IFS- en andere kwaliteitsvoorschriften
  • Opvolgen van de beschikbaarheid van materialen en tijdig melden van tekorten
  • Zorgen voor een correcte ploegoverdracht
  • Relevante ervaring als operator binnen een productieomgeving
  • Een goed technisch inzicht en kennis van machines en productieprocessen
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om collega-operatoren op een rustige en duidelijke manier aan te sturen
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en zin voor verantwoordelijkheid
  • Het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en ook tijdens drukke momenten het overzicht te bewaren
  • Een zelfstandige werkhouding, gecombineerd met het inzicht om tijdig te overleggen of te escaleren wanneer nodig
  • Nauwkeurigheid en voortdurende aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en hygiëne
  • Kennis van HACCP en IFS vormt een mooie troef
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel
