Voor een voedingsbedrijf in Herentals zijn we op zoek naar een vervangende teamleader in 2 ploegen.

Ben jij een ervaren en gedreven (vervangende) leider met een passie voor logistiek, mensen en continue verbetering?

Als vervangende teamleader werk je tussen jouw collega's en ga je mee orderpicken en het loket (chauffeurs ontvangen) doen. Bij afwezigheid van de teamleader wegens ziekte of verlof, neem jij de taken van de teamleader over. Er is veel rotatie in jouw job.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als vervangende teamleader

· Je leidt, coacht en motiveert een team en creëert een positieve mind-set en een productieve werkomgeving.

· Je coördineert de dagelijkse logistieke activiteiten en zorgt voor het behalen van de doelstellingen.

· Je bent een rolmodel op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en maintenance en volgt op dat je team de procedures naleeft met het oog op 0 veiligheidsincidenten en 100% kwaliteit.

· Je werkt samen met andere afdelingen, zoals customer service, fabriek en transport ... · 50% tot 80% ben je operator in picking, resterend vervang je de teamleader bij afwezigheid

· Enkele uren/shift werk je ook aan het loket en ontvang je de chauffeurs

· ervaring in het aansturen en motiveren van een team.

· communicatief sterk en oplossingsgericht

· interesse in systemen en processen, met ervaring met MS-Office en basis kennis van SAP (of ander ERP systeem)

· bereid om in een ploegensysteem te werken.

· Engels is een pluspunt

· Hef- en/of reachtruckattest is een vereiste
