De job?

Voor verschillende scholen buitengewoon onderwijs, zijn we op zoek naar mensen die doorheen het schooljaar beschikbaar zijn om vervangingen als busbegeleider op zich te nemen.

In het buitengewoon onderwijs, maken veel leerlingen gebruik van busvervoer van en naar huis. Op de bussen, is er steeds een begeleider/begeleidster aanwezig.

De begeleider/begeleidster bewaakt de kalmte en rust op de bus, zorgt ervoor dat iedereen op zijn stoel blijft zitten, dat alles proper blijft... De begeleider/begeleidster is er ook voor verantwoordelijk dat iedereen veilig aan de juiste halte wordt opgehaald en afgezet. Hij/zij vult dagelijks de aanwezigheden in, helpt de kinderen waar nodig…en communiceert vragen en problemen met de busverantwoordelijke van de school.

De aanwezigheid van begeleiding is verplicht. Maar net zoals iedereen, worden onze vaste begeleiders ook wel eens ziek of zijn er omstandigheden waardoor ze even niet aanwezig kunnen zijn.

Naar wie zijn we op zoek?

Het belangrijkste voor ons, is een samenwerking met mensen die een groot hart en veel geduld hebben. Ervaring met kinderen in het buitengewoon onderwijs is geen vereiste. Een goede portie begrip, kalmte en vriendelijkheid wel.
