The posting

Onze fijne basisschool is op zoek naar een enthousiaste leerkracht die 12/24 SES/zorg wil opnemen.

Als zorgleerkracht sta je mee in voor de verhoogde zorg binnen onze basisschool. Je ondersteunt kinderen die extra begeleiding en aandacht nodig hebben om zich optimaal te kunnen ontwikkelen op school.

Je werkt nauw samen met de klasleerkrachten en het zorgteam en zorgt ervoor dat kinderen, ieder op hun eigen tempo en mogelijkheden, de nodige ondersteuning krijgen.

Jouw taken

  • Individueel of in kleine groepjes begeleiden van kinderen binnen de verhoogde zorg.
  • Ondersteunen van leerlingen bij leerproblemen, ontwikkelingsnoden en sociaal-emotionele uitdagingen.
  • Differentiëren en aanbieden van aangepaste leer- en oefenkansen.
  • Observeren van leerlingen en signaleren van noden aan de klasleerkracht en het zorgteam.
  • Samenwerken met de klasleerkrachten bij het uitwerken en opvolgen van zorgmaatregelen.
  • Kinderen ondersteunen in hun zelfstandigheid, welbevinden en leerproces.
  • Mee opvolgen van de gemaakte afspraken rond de begeleiding van leerlingen.
  • Waar nodig communiceren en samenwerken met ouders en andere betrokken partners.

We zoeken een enthousiaste en betrokken zorgleerkracht die:

  • een warm hart heeft voor kinderen;
  • geduldig en empathisch is;
  • oog heeft voor de individuele noden en talenten van elk kind;
  • graag samenwerkt met leerkrachten en het zorgteam;
  • zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook graag overlegt;
  • flexibel kan inspelen op verschillende zorgvragen;
  • kinderen op een positieve en stimulerende manier kan begeleiden.

Ervaring binnen het basisonderwijs en/of met verhoogde zorg is een pluspunt.
