Klantenadviseur / Dossierbeheerder Verzekeringen Particulieren gezocht regio Bree.

Voor een onafhankelijk en groeiend verzekeringskantoor in de regio Bree zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Klantenadviseur / Dossierbeheerder Verzekeringen Particulieren.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de verdere uitbouw van bestaande klantendossiers binnen de particuliere markt. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en begeleidt hen op een professionele en klantgerichte manier bij al hun verzekeringsvragen.

Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met commercieel inzicht en bouwt duurzame vertrouwensrelaties op met klanten. Prospectie behoort niet tot het takenpakket; de focus ligt volledig op het adviseren, beheren en optimaliseren van bestaande dossiers.

Jouw taken:

  • Beheer van verzekeringsdossiers voor particuliere klanten binnen BOAR en Leven.
  • Opmaak, wijziging en opvolging van polissen en bijvoegsels.
  • Uitwerken en vergelijken van offertes op maat van de klant.
  • Analyseren van de verzekeringsbehoeften en verstrekken van professioneel advies.
  • Opvolgen van vervaldagen, contractwijzigingen en administratieve formaliteiten.
  • Onderhouden van klantencontacten via telefoon, e-mail en persoonlijke gesprekken.
  • Signaleren van optimalisatie- en uitbreidingsmogelijkheden binnen bestaande klantendossiers.
  • Correct registreren en beheren van dossiers in het beheerpakket.
  • Meewerken aan de verdere digitalisering van het kantoor, waaronder het omzetten van papieren dossiers naar een paperless werkomgeving.
  • Samenwerken met collega's en verzekeringsmaatschappijen voor een vlotte dienstverlening.
  • Bachelor Bank- en Verzekeringswezen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring binnen dossierbeheer verzekeringen particulieren is een must.
  • Grondige kennis van BOAR-verzekeringen; kennis van levensverzekeringen is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van BRIO is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig.
  • Je bent klantgericht en weet vertrouwen op te bouwen.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt commercieel inzicht en detecteert opportuniteiten binnen bestaande klantrelaties.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een pluspunt. Persoonlijke competenties:
