Verantwoordelijke verzekeringen & schadebeheer gezocht!

Heb jij een scherp oog voor detail en ben je op zoek naar een veelzijdige functie waarin je jouw organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden kunt inzetten? In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt beheren van verzekeringsdossiers en het opvolgen van schadegevallen. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het aanvragen en beheren van alle verzekeringen binnen ons bedrijf.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verzekeringspolissen aanvragen en opvolgen: Je zorgt voor het tijdig bezorgen van alle gevraagde verzekeringspolissen aan onze bouwheren en architecten. Op basis van de opgelegde voorschriften in het bestek, worden er specifieke offertes opgevraagd voor ABR, decenale, arbeidsongevallen, afstand van verhaal, ...
  • Controle van polissen: Na inhoudelijke controle van de polissen, wordt het nodige ter goedkeuring voorgelegd aan de betrokken instanties en finaal afgesloten bij onze verzekeringsmaatschappij.
  • 10-jarige aansprakelijkheidsverzekering: Aangaande de 10-jarige aansprakelijkheidsverzekering worden tijdig de nodige stukken opgevraagd om de attesten te kunnen genereren. Met de nodige regelmaat worden deze dossiers bijgewerkt en doorgestuurd naar de maatschappij.
  • Schadebeheer: Je beheert schadegevallen van A tot Z. Je verzamelt de nodige informatie van je collega’s, stelt een nauwkeurige schadeaangifte op, ondersteunt deze met documenten en foto’s, en bespreekt de situatie met een van de bestuurders. Waar nodig, woon je de expertises bij en neem je tussentijds contact op met de betrokken experts & maatschappijen voor de verdere opvolging van de lopende dossiers. Je staat in voor een correcte en transparante communicatie naar onze klanten & architecten.
  • Bedrijfsvloot: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het regelen van de juiste verzekeringen voor onze bedrijfsvloot (ongeveer 40 bedrijfswagens en lichte vrachtwagens). Je vraagt de nodigde polissen aan, controleert ze zorgvuldig en volgt schadegevallen van expertise tot uitbetaling nauwkeurig op.

Jouw profiel

  • Ervaring: Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, bij voorkeur binnen de bouwsector of bij een verzekeringskantoor. Daarbij beschikt je het liefst over enige bouwtechnische expertise.
  • Communicatief sterk: Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en weet goed te schakelen tussen de verschillende betrokken partijen.
  • Organisatievermogen: Je houdt het overzicht en zorgt voor een foutloze administratie en efficiënte opvolging van alle dossiers.
