Dit kan zomaar jouw nieuwe rol zijn Als Senior Compliance Officer werk je in een organisatie vol beweging. Klaverblad is in transitie, met een nieuw systeem, een veranderende organisatie en volop kansen. Jij bewaakt de kaders en vertaalt wet- en regelgeving naar heldere, werkbare oplossingen. Je maakt deel uit van een onafhankelijke tweedelijns sleutelfunctie en bent verantwoordelijk voor monitoring en naleving van wet- en regelgeving, beleid en interne richtlijnen. Samen met een compact team ben je betrokken bij alle complianceactiviteiten, wat zorgt voor een breed en afwisselend takenpakket. Hoe ziet jouw dag er dan uit als Senior Compliance Officer? - Je adviseert management en directie over compliance- en integriteitsrisico's en draagt bij aan rapportages voor directie en Raad van Commissarissen; - Je treedt waar nodig op als plaatsvervanger van de Manager Compliance, tevens sleutelfunctiehouder Compliance, in overlegstructuren, projecten en adviestrajecten; - Je signaleert en beoordeelt nieuwe compliance- en integriteitsrisico's en vertaalt deze naar beheersmaatregelen; - Je monitort ontwikkelingen en wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving en adviseert over de implementatie en bent actief betrokken bij het bewaken van relevante tijdslijnen; - Je vervult een leidende rol bij de uitvoering, actualisatie en verdere ontwi...
