Verzekeringsadviseur DTC DTC is op zoek naar een Verzekeringsadviseur - Fulltime - MBO Wat ga je doen? Bij Dealer Totaal Concept in IJsselstein ben je niet zomaar een Adviseur Verzekeringen; je bent een gewaardeerd lid van ons hechte team. Dit team bestaat uit 16 hele gezellige collega's. Jouw rol is cruciaal in het tevreden stellen van onze klanten. Dit doe je door ze te adviseren en te informeren over verzekeringsopties, het maken en versturen van offertes en het opvolgen hiervan. Het is in deze rol belangrijk dat je klantcontact leuk vindt. Wat vragen wij? - Je blinkt uit in communicatie en hebt een passie voor het adviseren en ondersteunen van klanten. - Je hebt minimaal een WFT-Particulier diploma en bij voorkeur ook een WFT-Zakelijk diploma, of je bent bereid deze te behalen. Wij bieden deze opleiding aan op onze kosten en binnen werktijd. - Je zet je in voor tevreden klanten en biedt hen passende verzekeringsoplossingen. - Je zorgt voor de administratieve verwerking van aanvragen, offertes en mutaties. - Je ondersteunt klanten met advies en beantwoordt vragen via telefoon en e-mail. - Je kunt zelfstandig werken en goed in teamverband functioneren. - Je bent beschikbaar tijdens de weekdagen en één zaterdag om de zes weken. Wat bieden wij? - Een salaris dat past bij jouw ervaring en zeker recht doet aan de inhoud van je functie, - tussen de € 2389,44 en € 4.000,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 40 uur. - Winstdelingsregeling. - 8% vakantiegeld. - Laptop van de zaak. - 25 vakantiedagen (o.b.v. 40 uur). - Mogelijkheid om deels thuis te werken. - Een thuiswerkvergoeding. - Een pensioenregeling met een eigen bijdrage van slechts 30%. DTC betaalt 70%. - Kom je met het OV dan vergoeden we jouw volledige reiskosten. - Kom je met de auto en woon je buiten IJsselstein, dan ontvang je 23 cent per kilometer (tot max 25km enkele reis). - WGA-gatverzekering volledig vergoed door DTC. - Korting op verzekeringen.
