Als Verzekeringsadviseur via Nationale-Nederlanden ga je aan de slag voor ABN AMRO Verzekeringen in Zwolle. In deze rol ben jij de spil in het schadeproces: je stuurt op kwaliteit, adviseert klanten, analyseert risico's en hakt daadkrachtig knopen door. Je verwerkt niet zomaar dossiers, maar duikt dieper in de materie wanneer standaard criteria niet volstaan. Omdat je beschikt over een geldige Wft Basis en Wft Schade Particulier, ga je vanaf dag één met inhoudelijke kennis en autoriteit aan de slag. Tot jouw dagelijkse takenpakket behoren: - Je onderzoekt afwijkende particuliere dossiers op maat en bepaalt zelfstandig of en onder welke voorwaarden een polis wordt afgegeven. - Je staat dagelijks in verbinding met verzekerden en tussenpersonen via telefoon en e-mail om vragen te beantwoorden en situaties toe te lichten. - Je pakt administratieve vraagstukken op, waaronder de opvolging en afhandeling van betalingsachterstanden. - Je verwerkt alle gegevens zorgvuldig in de systemen voor een vlekkeloze administratie. Je werkt vanuit het kantoor in Zwolle samen met de collega's van Acceptatie & Beheer. Het tempo ligt hoog en geen dag ziet er hetzelfde uit, maar je staat er nooit alleen voor. Ze sparren veel over inhoudelijke vraagstukken, geven elkaar directe feedback en zorgen dat de boel inhoudelijk simpelweg klopt.
