Voor het kantoor in Borgloon zoeken ze iemand die graag meedenkt samen met het kantoor en samen voor gemeenschappelijke doelen wil gaan. De verantwoordelijke is iemand die zich ook inzet en luistert naar de noden van het personeel. Er worden mogelijkheden geboden die er voor zorgen dat je de beste versie wordt van jezelf!

Functieomschrijving

Als Verzekeringsadviseur ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en begeleid je hen bij het kiezen van de juiste verzekeringsoplossingen. Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties op en biedt professioneel advies dat aansluit bij de behoeften van zowel particuliere als professionele klanten.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het adviseren van klanten over schade-, levens- en/of aanvullende verzekeringsproducten.
  • Het analyseren van de verzekeringsbehoeften van klanten en het aanbieden van passende oplossingen.
  • Het opmaken, beheren en opvolgen van verzekeringsdossiers.
  • Het behandelen van vragen, poliswijzigingen en administratieve opvolging.
  • Het actief onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van bestaande klantenrelaties.
  • Het signaleren van commerciële opportuniteiten en bijdragen aan de groei van het kantoor.

Wij zoeken een collega die:

  • Beschikt over een geldig PCP-attest.
  • Minstens 1 jaar relevante ervaring heeft binnen de verzekeringssector.
  • Klantgericht, communicatief en commercieel ingesteld is.
  • Nauwkeurig en zelfstandig werkt, maar ook graag deel uitmaakt van een team.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid neemt en oplossingsgericht denkt.
  • Vlot overweg kan met courante digitale toepassingen.
  • Zich vlot kan uitdrukken in het Nederlands. Kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt
