Ben jij thuis in verzekeringen en haal je energie uit persoonlijk klantenadvies en het uitwerken van oplossingen op maat? Als Verzekeringsadviseur Particulieren & PKO beheer en ontwikkel je een eigen klantenportefeuille van particulieren en kleinere ondernemingen tot ongeveer 50 medewerkers. Je analyseert risico’s, vergelijkt oplossingen bij verschillende verzekeraars en adviseert klanten over de meest passende dekkingen binnen diverse takken Niet-Leven.

Functie omschrijving

  • Je beheert proactief een portefeuille van particuliere klanten en kleine ondernemingen (PKO) en bent hun vaste aanspreekpunt voor verzekeringsvragen.
  • Je adviseert klanten binnen verschillende takken Niet-Leven, waaronder auto, brand, aansprakelijkheid en arbeidsongevallen, en stemt oplossingen af op hun specifieke situatie.
  • Je analyseert bestaande polissen, risico’s, voorwaarden, premies en dekkingen en maakt offertes en marktvergelijkingen bij verschillende verzekeraars.
  • Je onderhandelt met verzekeringsmaatschappijen over premies, voorwaarden en dekkingen en verdedigt daarbij de belangen van jouw klanten.
  • Je beheert dossiers van A tot Z, stelt polissen op, verwerkt wijzigingen en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige administratieve opvolging.
  • Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties uit, beantwoordt vragen en denkt proactief mee over aanpassingen en optimalisaties van de verzekeringsportefeuille.
  • Je beschikt over een opleiding binnen Financiën & Verzekeringen of hebt relevante ervaring bij een verzekeringsmakelaar of verzekeringsmaatschappij.
  • Je hebt kennis van verzekeringsproducten binnen Niet-Leven en bij voorkeur ervaring met particuliere klanten en/of kleinere ondernemingen.
  • Je bent commercieel en klantgericht en kunt verzekeringsbehoeften analyseren en vertalen naar duidelijke, onderbouwde oplossingen en adviezen.
  • Je beschikt over sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en vergelijkt premies, voorwaarden en dekkingen op een analytische en kritische manier.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en schakelt vlot tussen dossierbeheer en ad-hoc klantvragen.
  • Je bent communicatief, proactief en probleemoplossend en combineert zelfstandig werken met een sterke teamgerichte aanpak.
