Ben jij een verzekeringsprofiel dat graag klanten adviseert en verder wil groeien binnen een lokaal bankkantoor?

Voor een zelfstandig bankkantoor in regio Bonheiden zoeken we een Verzekeringsadviseur die klanten correct begeleidt rond verzekeringsoplossingen.

Je komt terecht in een kantoor met een sterke klantenportefeuille, veel potentieel en een duidelijke nood aan extra commerciële slagkracht.

Jouw rol

Als Verzekeringsadviseur adviseer je particuliere klanten rond hun verzekeringsnoden. Je denkt mee met de klant, detecteert opportuniteiten en zorgt voor correcte opvolging van dossiers.

Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen bank, kredieten en beleggingen, waardoor je ook veel warme leads en interne doorverwijzingen krijgt.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand met ervaring of sterke interesse in verzekeringen.

Je bent klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en werkt nauwkeurig. Je houdt ervan om klanten verder te helpen, maar ziet ook commerciële kansen in gesprekken.

Ervaring met particuliere verzekeringen is een plus. Attesten zoals PCP of VVD zijn mooi meegenomen.

Wat mag je verwachten?

Je komt terecht in een zelfstandig bankkantoor met een sterk klantenbestand en een positieve teamdynamiek.

Je krijgt de kans om mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei van verzekeringen binnen het kantoor.

Daarnaast mag je rekenen op een marktconform loonpakket met jaarlijkse winstpremie, groepsverzekering, mobiliteitsbudget en een bedrijfswagen volgens ervaring en afspraken.
