Zoek niet verder! Deze zomer ga je aan de slag als Schadebehandelaar óf Verzekeringsadviseur bij Unigarant en verdien je minimaal €17,21 per uur . Jouw rol Wat ga je doen als Schadebehandelaar? Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten die op reis schade hebben gehad. Denk dan aan een gestolen telefoon, bagage die op het vliegveld kwijt is geraakt of een ziekenhuisopname in het buitenland. Jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten de hulp krijgen die nodig is en dat de schade zo snel mogelijk wordt uitgekeerd. En als Verzekeringsadviseur? Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten goed verzekerd zijn. Dit doe je door middel van telefonisch contact. Klanten bellen ons met vragen als: "De betaling voor mijn verzekering is niet gelukt, hoe los ik dat op?" of "De wijzigingen die ik in mijn persoonlijke online-omgeving heb gedaan zijn niet verwerkt, wat nu?" Ook help je klanten die meer willen weten over bepaalde dekkingen, verzekeringen willen afsluiten of juist willen opzeggen. Wat maakt dit werk leuk? Afwisseling: elke dag andere vragen en situaties. Impact: je helpt klanten op cruciale momenten. Teamgevoel: samenwerken met collega's die voor elkaar klaarstaan. Ontwikkeling: Wil jij je kennis uitbreiden? Bij ons krijg je de kans om je WFT-certificaat te behalen. Ons aanbod We maken je graag enthousiast tijdens één van de kickstartmiddagen bij ons kantoor in Hoogeveen.
