Bij NKC werken we iedere dag aan de mooiste camperervaringen voor onze leden. Een goede verzekering hoort daar natuurlijk bij. Daarom zoeken wij een Verzekeringsmedewerker die camperaars helpt met hun vragen over verzekeringen, polissen, facturen en schades. Je zorgt voor een vriendelijke, correcte en snelle afhandeling, zodat klanten altijd weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Goed om te weten: voor deze functie heb je geen Wft-diploma nodig. Het gaat vooral om klantcontact, service en administratieve ondersteuning. Inhoudelijke adviesvragen worden opgepakt door onze Verzekeringsadviseurs. Natuurlijk zorgen wij ervoor dat je goed wordt ingewerkt en onze dienstverlening goed leert kennen. Wil je jezelf verder ontwikkelen binnen het verzekeringsvak? Dan bieden we je graag de mogelijkheid om op termijn de Wft-diploma te behalen. Wat ga je doen? Als Verzekeringsmedewerker ben jij samen met je collega's het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten van NKC Verzekeringen. Je zorgt ervoor dat camperaars vriendelijk, deskundig en snel worden geholpen en draagt bij aan een positieve klantbeleving. Geen dag is hetzelfde; van klantcontact en administratieve werkzaamheden tot ondersteuning bij schademeldingen en evenementen. Klantcontact en ondersteuning Je beantwoordt dagelijks vragen van camperaars via telefoon en e-mail. Je helpt klanten bijvoorbeeld bij het afsluiten van een verzekering, het doorgeven van wijzigingen of het vinden van de juiste informatie over hun polis. Heeft een klant een inhoudelijke adviesvraag?
