Onze klant is een Belgische bank- en verzekeringsmaatschappij die een breed scala aan financiële diensten aanbiedt waaronder bankieren, leningen, verzekeringen en beleggingen. Voor hun kantoor te Kontich zijn ze ter versterking van hun team opzoek naar een verzekeringsadviseur met ervaring.

Een verzekeringsadviseur houdt zich voornamelijk bezig met het verstrekken van advies aan particuliere klanten over verschillende verzekeringsproducten. Deze producten kunnen onder meer autoverzekeringen, woningverzekeringen, aansprakelijkheidsverzekeringen en andere vormen van persoonlijke verzekeringen omvatten.

Jouw voornaamste taken als VERZEKERINGSSPECIALIST:

  • Advies verstrekken. Het begrijpen van de individuele behoeften en situatie van klanten en hen adviseren over welke verzekeringsproducten het meest geschikt zijn voor hun specifieke situatie.
  • Polissen verkopen: Het helpen van klanten bij het afsluiten van verzekeringen door hen de nodige informatie te verstrekken, premies te berekenen en hen te begeleiden bij het invullen van de benodigde documenten.
  • Klantrelatiebeheer: Het opbouwen en onderhouden van goede relaties met klanten door regelmatig contact, het verstrekken van follow-updiensten en het bijwerken van klantinformatie.
  • Klachtenafhandeling: Het afhandelen van klachten en vragen van klanten met betrekking tot verzekeringsproducten, en waar nodig doorverwijzen naar de juiste afdeling.
  • Op de hoogte blijven: Het bijhouden van kennis van de verzekeringsmarkt, wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving, en eventuele updates met betrekking tot hun verzekeringsproducten.
  • Samenwerken met andere afdelingen: Het werken in samenwerking met andere teams zoals de afdelingen voor klantenservice, productontwikkeling en schadeafhandeling.

Je werkt in dag uren van maandag tot en met vrijdag.

REF: WIL

  • Je kan een bachelor- of masterdiploma voorleggen
  • Je hebt een grote interesse in het bankwezen en specifiek in verzekeringen
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en hanteert een sterke werkethiek
  • Je beschikt over een analytisch denkvermogen en bent in staat om markttrends te analyseren en financiële gegevens te interpreteren
  • Je hebt reeds een eerste aantoonbare ervaring binnen de bank verworven
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands
