  • Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de verdere ontwikkeling van een verzekeringsportefeuille van particuliere cliënten en geïnteresseerden in jouw toegewezen sector;
  • Jij biedt professioneel advies en deelt jouw expertise in de verzekeringsbranche, altijd met aandacht voor de specifieke behoeften van de klant om klanttevredenheid te vergroten;
  • Jij benadert klanten actief en draagt bij aan de uitbreiding van een waardevol netwerk;
  • Jij begeleidt klanten bij al hun verzekeringsprojecten en zorgt ervoor dat zij goed geïnformeerd zijn;
  • Jij behandelt vragen van klanten en analyseert proactief de bestaande verzekeringsportefeuille om deze uit te breiden en te optimaliseren.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma en hebt 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring als verzekeringsspecialist;
  • Je communiceert vlot en hebt een sterk commercieel instinct;
  • Je gaat geen uitdaging uit de weg, denkt graag mee over verbeteringen en werkt doelgericht naar resultaten toe;
  • Je bent sociaal, straalt vertrouwen uit en functioneert uitstekend binnen een team;
  • Je bent creatief in je aanpak en kan je flexibel aanpassen aan verschillende situaties.
