Als gedetacheerde begeleider ben je een volwaardig onderdeel van het team en draag je actief bij aan kwaliteit, continuïteit en een positieve werksfeer . Je biedt structuur, veiligheid en een huiselijke omgeving waarin cliënten zich prettig voelen en zichzelf kunnen zijn. Je voert het ondersteuningsplan uit, stimuleert een zinvolle daginvulling en onderhoudt contact met verwanten en zorgpartners . Je werkt met cliënten met EMB, ASS, dementie en moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag en kunt te maken krijgen met verpleegtechnische handelingen en meerzorg . Dankzij jouw de-escalerende vaardigheden weet je professioneel om te gaan met eventuele agressie. Je ondersteunt bij ADL, medicatie, epilepsie en diabeteszorg en sluit aan bij methodieken zoals LACCS . Je gaat aan de slag op locaties Haringvliet 5 en Volkerakpad 10 op Goeree-Overflakkee, waar cliënten met uiteenlopende zorgvragen wonen.
