Als verzorgende 3IG ben jij hét vertrouwde gezicht in de wijk. Je werkt in een authentieke wijk van Nijmegen waar cliënten wonen met een diverse achtergrond (zowel een hoge als lage sociaal-economische status). "Juist die variatie aan achtergronden maakt het werk ontzettend leuk en afwisselend!" zegt Sandra, verzorgende 3IG in de wijk. Dankzij jouw zorg, aandacht en deskundigheid kunnen cliënten zo lang mogelijk veilig thuis blijven wonen of sneller herstellen na een ziekenhuisopname. Of het nu gaat om een complexe zorgvraag (zoals COPD, dementie, psychiatrische of palliatieve zorg) of ondersteuning bij een beperkt netwerk: jij ziet wat nodig is, denkt vooruit en stimuleert de eigen regie van de cliënt. Met jouw creatieve aanpak en warme betrokkenheid zorg je dat niemand er alleen voor staat. Diensten: Er is mogelijkheden in lange en korte diensten. Die variëren van 7.00 tot 16.00 dat is een hele dagdienst en 7.00-12.30/16.30-21.00/14.30-23.00 uur. Werken in team Nijmegen Midden: Je komt terecht in een deskundig en gevarieerd (in leeftijd) team dat klaar staat voor de cliënten. We werken vanuit Gezondheidscentrum Hazenkamp en hebben korte lijnen met huisartsen, fysiotherapeuten en diëtisten. Onze wijk heeft echt een eigen gezicht. Met zo'n uiteenlopende mix van buurtbewoners en veel kwetsbare ouderen vlieg je van de ene bijzondere situatie in de andere. Afwisseling gegarandeerd!
