De functieBij Treant geven we ouderen, in één van onze 17 locaties, de ruimte om hun eigen levente leiden, net zoals ze dat deden voordat ze bij ons kwamen wonen. Want waarom zoudat veranderen zodra ze zorg nodig hebben? Met jouw kennis en ervaring leer jecollega's om samen met de bewoners te kijken naar hun individuele behoeften enmogelijkheden. Hierin lever jij een onmisbare bijdrage aan het wonen en welzijn van onzebewoners. Je werkt nauwkeurig volgens het zorgleefplan van elke bewoner, waarbij je zorg verleentdie aansluit bij hun specifieke behoeften. Dit omvat niet alleen directe zorgverlening,maar ook het uitvoeren van administratieve taken en het signaleren van veranderingen,ongemakken en problemen bij de bewoners, waarop je vervolgens actie onderneemt.Daarnaast bied je ondersteuning bij risicovolle en voorbehouden handelingen aanverpleegkundigen en behandelaars. Het teamJe gaat aan de slag bij woonwijkcentrum De Schutse in Coevorden. Hier wonen mensendie zorg en verpleging nodig hebben, maar ook mensen die nog geen vaste plek hebbenvanwege hun persoonlijke situatie en/of aandoening. Bovendien beschikt De Schutseover in- en aanleunwoningen waar Treant thuiszorg aanbiedt. Het woonwijkcentrum isniet alleen gericht op zorg, maar biedt ook diverse activiteiten en mogelijkheden voor deomwonenden in de wijk. Jij bent de ideale kandidaatJij bent een enthousiaste verzorgende die in het bezit is van een Mbo diplomaverzorgende niveau 3. Je werkt goed zelfstandig, maar kunt ook goed samenwerken ineen team. Je bent flexibel en zorgt met zorg voor onze bewoners. Je bent bereid omverschillende diensten te werken en brengt altijd een flinke dosis humor mee.
