Onze teams bieden thuiszorg aan verschillende doelgroepen zoals ouderen, jonge gezinnen en personen met een beperking of psychische kwetsbaarheid. Binnen ons CDO Ter Ronne bieden wij hulp aan jonge personen met dementie waar wij dagbesteding voor organiseren.

De zorgdoelen en -taken binnen de thuiszorg variëren van:

  • huishoudelijke ondersteuning (wassen, strijken, boodschappen doen)
  • hulp bij activiteiten van het dagelijks leven, zoals eten en aankleden
  • observeren van de fysieke en psychische gezondheid
  • persoonlijke verzorging
  • cliënten begeleiden of vervoeren
  • administratieve opvolging
  • het sociaal netwerk versterken en bijdragen aan het mentaal welzijn.

Je combineert deze functie met een opdracht in CDO Ter Ronne, een centrum voor dagopvang voor jonge personen met dementie, gelegen te Stefaan Modest Glorieuxlaan 55 bus 7 – 9600 Ronse (assistentiewoning 7). Je werkt er vermoedelijk één à twee dagen per week (van 9.00 tot 17.00 uur).

Binnen het CDO bied je een zinvolle dagbesteding aan en begeleid je cliënten tijdens uiteenlopende activiteiten, zoals:

  • ontspannings- en bewegingsactiviteiten
  • geheugen- en activeringsactiviteiten
  • samen het middagmaal bereiden
  • groepsuitstappen
  • individuele begeleiding.

Om de twee weken overleg je met je team over de planning, ervaringen en zorgsituaties.

Naar wie zijn we op zoek?

  • Een zorgzame, cliëntgerichte en verantwoordelijke collega die houdt van zelfstandig werken met een sterk team als achterban.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in het werken met en het ondersteunen van personen met jongdementie
  • Je beidt daarnaast ook graag ondersteuning aan mantelzorgers
  • Je bent creatief, beschikt over relativeringsvermogen en een gezonde dosis humor
  • Iemand die zich zelfstandig kan verplaatsen in de regio van Ronse
  • Een verzorgende met een passend getuigschrift. Via Kwalificatievereisten voor het personeel van de diensten voor gezinszorg | Departement Zorg kan je nagaan of jouw opleiding in aanmerking komt.
