Onze teams bieden thuiszorg aan verschillende doelgroepen zoals ouderen, jonge gezinnen en personen met een beperking of psychische kwetsbaarheid.

In deze functie combineer je het werken als verzorgende in de gezinszorg met verzorgende in de Ikaria. Je zet jouw competenties cliëntgericht in en gaat in gesprek over zorg- en ondersteuningsdoelen.

De taken van een verzorgende Ikaria houden in:

  • Ondersteuning bij het maaltijdmoment in een logistiek rol zoals boterhammen smeren, koffie maken, enz
  • Huishoudelijke ondersteuning binnen een logistieke rol (bv afwassen, bed opmaken, vuilbakken ledigen, enz)
  • Meer info over wat Ikaria: Ikaria Ronse - Serviceflats - Tijdelijk of permanent

De zorgdoelen en taken van een verzorgende in de gezinszorg houden in:

  • opvolgen huishouden
  • activiteiten dagelijks leven
  • observeren fysieke en psychische gezondheid
  • de persoonlijke verzorging

Om de twee weken kom je met de collega’s uit jouw team samen om de planning te overlopen, ervaringen te delen en zorgsituaties te bespreken.

Naar wie zijn we op zoek?

  • Een zorgzame, cliëntgerichte en verantwoordelijke collega die houdt van zelfstandig werken met een sterk team als achterban.
  • Iemand die zich zelfstandig kan verplaatsen in de regio van Ronse, Maarkedal en Schorrise
  • Weekendwerk binnen Ikaria schrikt je niet af in mogelijks onderbroken werkuren van 7u30-12u en/of van 14u-18u, zowel op zaterdag en zondag, met vaste vrije dagen op maandag en dinsdag
  • Een verzorgende met een passend getuigschrift. Via Kwalificatievereisten voor het personeel van de diensten voor gezinszorg | Departement Zorg kan je nagaan of jouw opleiding in aanmerking komt.
