In januari 2027 starten wij met de opleiding Verzorgende basis mbo niveau 3. Deze opleiding is geschikt voor zij-instromers en helpenden. Als Verzorgende Basis maak jij het dagelijks leven van onze bewoners op één van de Rivas-locaties echt bijzonder. Met jouw ervaring, talent en deskundigheid zorg je ervoor dat zij zich gehoord, gezien en ondersteund voelen. Je helpt bij persoonlijke verzorging, medicatie, sociale contacten en het organiseren van de juiste zorg. Je doet dit altijd op de manier die bij de bewoner past. Bij Rivas maak jij het verschil, elke dag weer! Wat houdt dit leer-werktraject in? - Je werkt in de praktijk en daarnaast ga je gemiddeld 1 dag in de week naar school op locatie Lingesteyn in Leerdam. Je ontvangt een leer-arbeidsovereenkomst van 24 tot 28 uur per week met 220 uur lesvergoeding. - De opleiding Verzorgende basis wordt in samenwerking met MBO Utrecht aangeboden. - Je kunt meerdere momenten per jaar instromen (februari, mei, september of oktober). - Je ontvangt binnen 1 jaar de landelijk erkende certificate. Je kunt meerdere momenten per jaar instromen (januari, april, september en november). Wat vragen wij van jou? - Je bent bereid om onregelmatige diensten te werken (dus ook nacht- en weekenddiensten) - Vooropleiding vergelijkbaar aan vmbo kader, mavo of een mbo opleiding op minimaal niveau 2. Of aantoonbaar werk- en denkniveau op niveau 3 (Rivas biedt hiervoor een intaketest aan). - Je bent bereid om gevaccineerd te worden of je bent al gevaccineerd voor Hep.B. Bij ons kan je rekenen op: - Je ontvangt een salaris in schaal 30 (cao VVT) trede zij-instroomperiodiek € 2599,21 per maand op basis van 36 uur.
