Nieuwe werkwijze bij TSN Zorg een betere werk-privé balans Werken bij TSN Wat ga je doen? Als Verzorgende in de wijkverpleging bij TSN krijg je te maken met afwisselende zorgbehoeften. Geen dag is hetzelfde en het écht in contact zijn met mensen die thuis zorg nodig hebben geeft jou veel voldoening. Bij TSN krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig te handelen in de situaties die je tegenkomt; je hebt dan ook oog voor de mens achter de zorgvraag. Toch kun je altijd terugvallen op jouw team, zij zijn altijd bereikbaar en dichtbij! Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit? Je begint met het lezen van de overdracht van de voorgaande dienst, zodat jij jouw route vanuit huis kunt starten. Je stelt de cliënten op hun gemak en stimuleert de zelfredzaamheid tijdens het verrichten van jouw zorgtaken. Voldaan rijd je na jouw laatste bezoek weer naar huis; van betekenis zijn voor een ander geeft een goed gevoel! Waren er bijzonderheden? Dan rijd je na jouw dienst langs het wijkkantoor om het te bespreken met de regisserend wijkverpleegkundige. Daarnaast kom je elke zes weken met het hele team samen voor een groot overleg; voorafgaand daaraan gaan jullie eerst gezellig lunchen om bij te praten. Zo leer je jouw collega's kennen en is het fijn samenwerken! Wie ben jij? Je bent iemand die zich goed kan verplaatsen in een ander; men kan bij jou terecht. Daarmee ben jij een gezellige collega en (nog belangrijker) heb je oprechte aandacht voor de cliënten. Uiteraard zijn er nóg een paar vinkjes te zetten: - Je hebt het mbo-diploma Verzorgende; of bijna afgeronde VIG of Verpleegkunde opleiding - Je bent empathisch; je kunt je goed in een ander verplaatsen - Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en werkt graag zelfstandig - Je kunt je onze digitale manier van werken vlot eigen maken - Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B Wat krijg je van ons?
