Wat je gaat doen Als verzorgende ondersteun je cliënten met een specifieke zorgvraag bij de dagelijkse dingen. Je houdt je voornamelijk bezig met het verlenen van ADL en minder complexe verpleegtechnische handelingen. Je kijkt goed naar de persoonlijke behoefte van de cliënt en stemt daar de dagelijkse begeleiding op af. Wat breng jij mee Je hebt de opleiding Verzorgende IG afgerond op mbo-niveau 3, bent in het bezit van een aangrenzend diploma of je bent bereid een ontwikkeltraject tot verzorgende te volgen. Je bent geduldig, begripvol en veerkrachtig en staat open voor (zelf)reflectie. Je vindt het geen probleem om onregelmatig te werken: het dienstenpatroon is afhankelijk van de locatie waar je gaat werken. Specifiek voor locatie Brigidastraat in Breda geldt dat het werken van wakkere nachten tot de mogelijkheden behoort. Wat je krijgt Een salaris van €2.597 tot €3.635 bruto per maand (FWG 35, CAO gehandicaptenzorg ) o.b.v. 36 uur per week. Een vast contract: het aantal uur bespreken we in overleg met jou. Vakantietoeslag (8%), een eindejaarsuitkering (8,33%) en balansverlof (wat je kunt sparen, verkopen, bijkopen en inzetten) naar rato wat 10 jaar geldig is. Een vergoeding voor reiskosten, dienstreizen, parkeerkosten en VOG. Een ruim aanbod aan cursussen via onze eigen Academie of online.
