Bij Vertrouwd Thuis van ZorgSpectrum bied je intensieve zorg aan mensen met een verpleeghuisindicatie die graag in hun eigen vertrouwde omgeving willen blijven wonen. Hier combineer je jouw vakmanschap met persoonlijke aandacht. Je zorgt niet alleen vóór iemand, maar kijkt samen met de cliënt wat nodig is om het leven thuis zo prettig en zelfstandig mogelijk voort te zetten. Jouw werk bij Vertrouwd Thuis Als Verzorgende IG bied je intensieve zorg bij cliënten thuis. Je werkt volgens het zorgplan en voert onder andere ADL-zorg, medicatie en verpleegtechnische handelingen uit. Je begeleidt cliënten ook bij dagelijkse activiteiten, zoals boodschappen doen, koken en eten. En er is ruimte voor de dingen die het leven kleur geven: samen puzzelen, lezen, knutselen of wandelen. Je werkt met een vast team. Daardoor leer je cliënten en mantelzorgers goed kennen en bouw je een vertrouwensband op. Je signaleert veranderingen, denkt mee over wat nodig is en werkt samen met collega's en andere zorgprofessionals. Zo ontstaat zorg die niet alleen professioneel en veilig is, maar ook past bij het leven van de cliënt. Waarom werken bij Vertrouwd Thuis?
