Als verzorgende IG in team Krimpen aan den IJssel maak jij iedere dag het verschil. Je biedt liefdevolle en deskundige zorg, dicht bij de cliënt. Je ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse verzorging, voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en hebt aandacht voor wat iemand echt nodig heeft. Je signaleert veranderingen, handelt daadkrachtig en stemt de zorg af met collega's, huisartsen en andere zorgverleners. Door verbindend samen te werken, zorgen jullie voor passende zorg en voelt de cliënt zich gezien, gehoord en gewaardeerd. Je krijgt te maken met verschillende zorgvragen, waaronder wondzorg en palliatieve zorg. Daarbij is er ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen, jouw kennis te delen en bij te dragen aan de kwaliteit van zorg. Het aantal uren stemmen we graag af op jouw wensen en mogelijkheden. Dit vragen wij - Diploma verzorgende IG. - Bereid tot werken in dag-, avond- en weekenddiensten. - In bezit van eigen vervoer en woonachtig in de regio. - Wij vinden het belangrijk dat je onze missie en visie onderschrijft, jij herkent je in de christelijke identiteit van onze organisatie en leeft en werkt vanuit deze overtuiging. Dit mag je van ons verwachten - Werk mét waardering in een gezellig team. - We belonen jouw inzet met een salaris volgens cao VVT, schaal 35 (€2.735,91 tot €3.592,96 bruto per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek).
