Een bewoner wordt wakker en heeft vandaag net iets meer begeleiding nodig dan gisteren. Jij merkt het meteen. Je maakt een praatje, stelt gerust en neemt de tijd om te kijken wat iemand écht nodig heeft. Niet alleen door goede zorg te leveren, maar vooral door er te zijn. Door kleine veranderingen op te merken, vertrouwen op te bouwen en bewoners een fijne en veilige dag te bezorgen. Als Verzorgende IG werk je op een warme woonzorglocatie in Wervershoof, waar bewoners met een psychogeriatrische zorgvraag wonen. Je hebt veel contact met bewoners en hun naasten. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist die afwisseling maakt jouw werk interessant. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Je komt terecht in een team waarin samenwerken belangrijk is. Iedereen heeft zijn eigen rol, maar uiteindelijk doen jullie het samen. Er wordt hard gewerkt, maar er is ook ruimte voor gezelligheid. Je collega's kennen de bewoners goed en helpen elkaar waar nodig. Je krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken en jouw ideeën over goede zorg te delen. Wat je gaat doen - Je biedt persoonlijke verzorging en begeleiding aan bewoners met een PG-zorgvraag. - Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit die bij jouw functie horen. - Je signaleert veranderingen in gedrag en gezondheid en onderneemt hier actie op. - Je werkt volgens het zorg- en leefplan en rapporteert bijzonderheden. - Je werkt samen met collega's, familie, mantelzorgers en andere zorgprofessionals.
