- Verzorgende IG | Wijkverpleging Innoforte zoekt een Verzorgende IG | Wijkverpleging Ben jij iemand die met het hart voor de zorg graag een verschil maakt voor onze cliënten en de inwoners van Arnhem en Velp? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Voor ons team Wijkverpleging zoeken wij een Verzorgende IG niveau 3 (uren in overleg). Heb je kinderen waar je voor moet zorgen en je wil blijven werken? Kom ons versterken. Wij bieden een moedercontract waarbij je werkt wanneer je kinderen bij de opvang of op school zitten. Dit ga je doen Als Verzorgende helpt je onze cliënten thuis die in de omgeving van Arnhem, Velp en Rozendaal wonen. Je komt bij meerdere cliënten in verschillende omgevingen. De afwisseling maakt dit werk extra leuk. Waar je je verder mee bezig houdt - Je biedt dagelijkse verzorging, verpleging en begeleiding aan cliënten thuis en werkt volgens het individuele zorgleefplan. In dit kader stimuleer je de zelfredzaamheid van de cliënt - Je signaleert de gezondheidstoestand van de cliënt op somatisch en psychosociaal gebied en overlegt hierover met de cliënt of zijn/haar contactpersonen - Je krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken over hoe we de kwaliteit van de zorg kunnen garanderen én verbeteren. Dit doe je samen met je team - Je maakt het verschil met je professionele en liefdevolle zorg aan onze cliënten. Dit wordt jouw werkplek Je gaat werken bij Innoforte. Innoforte staat ouderen bij met professionele zorg zodat zij hun leven kunnen (blijven) leiden zoals zij dat wensen. We hebben vier woonzorgcentra in Velp, een woonzorgcentrum in Arnhem-Noord en we bieden zorg in de wijk. Je komt te werken bij het team Wijkverpleging. Dit team biedt inwoners van Arnhem en Velp die thuis wonen wijkverpleegkundige zorg, ondersteuning, casemanagement, dagbesteding en alarmering.
