Als Verzorgende IG speel je een belangrijke rol in het dagelijks leven van bewoners. Je ondersteunt waar nodig, kijkt naar wat iemand zelf nog kan en helpt bewoners om zoveel mogelijk regie over hun eigen leven te houden. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig te handelen en jouw kennis en ervaring in te zetten. De functie biedt extra afwisseling omdat je flexibel inzetbaar bent binnen verschillende afdelingen van de locatie. Je biedt zorg die aansluit bij het leven, de wensen en mogelijkheden van bewoners. Je signaleert veranderingen in gezondheid en welzijn en bespreekt deze met collega's. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat bewoners de ondersteuning krijgen die zij nodig hebben. Doordat je binnen verschillende teams van de locatie wordt ingezet, leer je veel bewoners en collega's kennen en blijft je werk afwisselend. Dat maakt deze functie interessant voor zowel startende als ervaren Verzorgenden IG. Waar ga je werken? Je gaat werken op Margaretha in Kampen. De locatie ligt aan de Burgwal, midden in het historische centrum van de stad. Bewoners kunnen hier terecht voor verschillende vormen van wonen en zorg. Zo wonen er ouderen die nog grotendeels zelfstandig leven, maar ook bewoners met een intensievere zorgvraag. Wat deze functie extra aantrekkelijk maakt, is dat je niet op één afdeling werkt. Je bent inzetbaar door het hele huis. - een diploma Verzorgende IG; - ervaring in de zorg, bij voorkeur in de ouderenzorg; - flexibele inzetbaarheid op de verschillende diensten.
