Ondanks de drukte, weet jij de tijd te vinden om dat te leren kennen. Zelfs wanneer dementie het moeilijk maakt. In het Flevohuis wonen ouderen die intensieve zorg en begeleiding nodig hebben. Voor hen ben jij meer dan een zorgverlener: jij bent het vertrouwd gezicht, een luisterend oor en degene die ervoor zorgt dat het hier vertrouwd voelt. Als Verzorgende IG op onze Afdeling wonen bied je een warme, persoonsgerichte zorg aan bewoners met dementie. Je weet wat iemand nodig heeft en past zorg hierop aan. Je helpt bewoners bij de dagelijkse handelingen, voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en houdt het zorgplan up-to-date. Samen met collega's, mantelzorgers en behandelaren creëer je een veilige en vertrouwde omgeving voor onze bewoners. Daarnaast begeleid je ook leerlingen en stagiaires en bent actief onderdeel van het team. Je komt te werken met een cyclisch rooster, waarbij je dag- avond- nacht- en weekenddiensten draait - uiteraard in goed overleg, zodat werk en privé in balans blijven.
