Werk 16 tot 24 uur per week in de ouderenzorg en kies je eigen diensten via een flexpool. Je werkt met zowel PG- als somatische cliënten, wat zorgt voor veel afwisseling en de mogelijkheid om te ontdekken wat het beste bij jou past. Op termijn kun je aan de slag bij een vaste locatie of afdeling. Je dag begint met een overdracht van je collega's, zodat je precies weet wat er speelt. Je ondersteunt bewoners bij hun dagelijkse verzorging en stimuleert hen in wat ze nog zelf kunnen. Daarnaast voer je verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, zoals het toedienen van medicatie en wondzorg. Je observeert goed, signaleert veranderingen en bespreekt deze met je collega's. Alles rapporteer je netjes in het dossier en je werkt samen in een fijn team. Tussendoor neem je de tijd voor een praatje of luister je naar bewoners. Bij ons krijg je veel vrijheid, afwisseling en persoonlijke begeleiding.
