Jij bent een Verzorgende IG die graag werkt met cliënten die werken aan hun herstel. Je haalt voldoening uit het begeleiden en motiveren van mensen die stap voor stap vooruitgaan. Met jouw positieve instelling en professionele houding weet jij cliënten iedere dag opnieuw te stimuleren om het beste uit zichzelf te halen. Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een moderne revalidatielocatie in Zuid-Holland waar herstel en ontwikkeling centraal staan. Je werkt samen met een multidisciplinair team dat zich iedere dag inzet om cliënten de best mogelijke ondersteuning te bieden. De sfeer is professioneel, betrokken en gericht op samenwerking. Wat ga je doen? Je begeleidt cliënten tijdens hun revalidatietraject en ondersteunt hen bij de dagelijkse zorg. Daarnaast voer je verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, observeer je de voortgang en werk je nauw samen met verpleegkundigen, artsen en therapeuten. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat cliënten zo zelfstandig mogelijk kunnen terugkeren naar huis. Wat verwachten we van jou? Jij bent een betrokken Verzorgende IG die cliënten weet te motiveren en stimuleren tijdens hun herstelproces. Je hebt oog voor detail, signaleert veranderingen tijdig en bent niet bang om initiatief te nemen. Daarnaast werk je graag samen met verschillende disciplines en draag je actief bij aan de kwaliteit van zorg. Met jouw enthousiasme en doorzettingsvermogen help je cliënten iedere dag een stap verder.
