Jullie bespreken de bijzonderheden en stemmen af wat er die dag moet gebeuren. Vervolgens ga je aan de slag met de verzorging en begeleiding van bewoners. Je ondersteunt bij de persoonlijke verzorging, voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en dient medicatie toe. Tijdens je werk houd je goed in de gaten hoe het met bewoners gaat. Merk je veranderingen in hun gezondheid op, dan bespreek je deze met je collega's. Ook ben je een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en hun familie. Op de moderne woonzorglocatie werk je samen met woonassistenten, helpenden en andere Verzorgenden IG. Door de kleinschalige manier van wonen is er ruimte voor persoonlijke aandacht en leer je de bewoners goed kennen. Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - Bewoners verzorgen en begeleiden op een manier die aansluit bij hun persoonlijke zorgvraag - Medicatie toedienen en verpleegtechnische handelingen uitvoeren - De gezondheid van bewoners volgen en veranderingen afstemmen met collega's - Samen met het team bijdragen aan een veilige en huiselijke woonomgeving Over de werkgever Je gaat werken bij een betrokken zorgorganisatie in de regio Heerde. Hier staat kleinschalig wonen centraal. Bewoners wonen in een moderne en huiselijke omgeving, waarbij persoonlijke aandacht en een fijne invulling van de dag belangrijk zijn. Je maakt deel uit van een enthousiast team waarin collega's nauw met elkaar samenwerken. Binnen de organisatie krijg je ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en eigen initiatief te tonen. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat bewoners de zorg en aandacht krijgen die bij hen past.
