Zou je meer tijd willen doorbrengen met cliënten, waarbij je zowel zorg- als welzijnstaken uitvoert? In onze 'Volledig Pakket Thuis' teams, kijken we samen met cliënten hoe ze zo lang mogelijk comfortabel thuis kunnen blijven wonen. We kijken verder dan alleen de zorgbehoefte; het welzijn van de cliënt staat centraal. Met jouw extra aandacht en betrokkenheid help je cliënten écht het leven te leiden dat bij hen past. Klaar om jouw talent in te zetten en cliënten te ondersteunen op een manier die écht telt? Wat ga je doen? Als leefondersteuner verzorgende IG kom je bij mensen thuis en ondersteun je hen in hun eigen leefomgeving. Je helpt bij dagelijkse activiteiten (ADL), stelt zorg- en leefplannen op en voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit. Het belangrijkste is dat je bijdraagt aan het welzijn en de kwaliteit van leven van de cliënt. Met belevingsgerichte zorg activeer je de kracht van mensen en ondersteun je hun vitaliteit. Dit doe je vanuit het gedachtegoed van positieve gezondheid, zodat cliënten kunnen leven, wonen en meedoen zoals zij dat willen. Het grote verschil met een verzorgende IG in de wijk is dat je in deze functie meer tijd per cliënt hebt. Naast de zorgtaken is er ook nadrukkelijk aandacht voor het welbevinden van de cliënt. Concreet houd jij je bezig met: - Verrichten van midden- en laagcomplexe verpleegtechnische handelingen volgens protocol. - Begeleiden bij persoonlijke verzorging, geven van medicatie en helpen bij maaltijden. ...
