Als verzorgende IG krijg je de kans om een waardevolle bijdrage te leveren aan het welzijn van bewoners in een warme en betrokken omgeving. In deze kleinschalige organisatie, waar de lijnen kort zijn en de samenwerking centraal staat, krijg je de ruimte om je expertise in te zetten. Je biedt verzorging en begeleiding aan bewoners met zowel somatische als psychogeriatrische problematiek, altijd met het zorgleefplan als leidraad. Naast de dagelijkse verzorging, zoals ADL-taken en verpleegtechnische handelingen, maak je tijd voor een praatje en een luisterend oor. Jouw impact is groot: je stimuleert de zelfredzaamheid en eigen regie van de bewoners, rekening houdend met hun individuele mogelijkheden. Je biedt persoonlijke aandacht en draagt bij aan een hoge kwaliteit van leven en het levensgeluk van de bewoners. Je werkt in een hecht team van toegewijde professionals, waar je altijd op elkaar kunt rekenen. Wat je gaat doen Als verzorgende IG ben je onmisbaar in het dagelijks leven van de bewoners. Je biedt niet alleen de nodige zorg, maar bent ook een vertrouwde aanwezigheid. Stel je voor dat je iemand helpt met de dagelijkse hygiëne, een luisterend oor biedt tijdens een moeilijk moment, of samen met een bewoner geniet van een kop koffie. Binnen deze rol zijn er volop mogelijkheden om je verder te ontwikkelen in de zorg. - Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, zoals het toedienen van medicatie en het verzorgen van wonden. - Je stelt zorgleefplannen op en evalueert deze, in samenspraak met de bewoner en het team. - Je ondersteunt bewoners bij ADL-taken, zoals wassen, aankleden en eten. - Je signaleert veran...
