Home Verzorgende IG De Marene € 2.635 - 3.988 Solliciteer vóór 1 januari 2027 Wat ga je doen Als verzorgende IG bied je zorg aan de bewoner die past binnen jouw vakgebied. Hierbij stimuleer en begeleid je de bewoners. Je draagt zorg voor de dagelijkse verzorging en verpleging, waarbij je ADL werkzaamheden verricht volgens het begeleidingsplan van de bewoner. Ook voer je samen met de bewoner lichte huishoudelijke werkzaamheden uit, waarbij je het leefklimaat bevordert en toezicht houdt op de hygiëne. Je werkt samen met verschillende disciplines zoals de verpleegkundigen, trajectbegeleiders, coördinerend verpleegkundige en zorgondersteuners. Door jouw humor en relativeringsvermogen maak je gemakkelijk contact. Ook zie jij wat er in bewoners omgaat. Remco (bewoner) vertelt: ' Ik vind het fijn als iemand me neemt zoals ik ben. En soms even een praatje met me maakt, of een luisterend oor biedt. Ik heb nog mensen om me heen, maar sommige anderen hebben dat niet. Dan is de verpleging het eerste aanspreekpunt . '' Roos (collega): ' Het is hier nooit saai, er is altijd reuring. Je maakt zoveel leuke dingen mee. Het is een bijzondere doelgroep en daardoor anders dan de meeste zorginstellingen. Om goede begeleiding te bieden verdiepen we ons in de achtergrond van bewoners. Elke situatie is anders . '' Over De Marene Zorgopvang de Marene in Leeuwarden biedt begeleiding, verzorging, verpleging en een thuis aan cliënten met meervoudige problematiek. Naast gangbare woonruimtes, heeft De Marene nog een bijzondere woonplek, namelijk tiny houses. Hier wonen de bewoners zelfstandig. De tiny houses zijn bedoeld voor bewoners die baat hebben bij een rustige, prikkelarme omgeving. Op de Marene is elke dag weer anders; je weet 's ochtends niets wat je die dag gaat meemaken.
