Als Verzorgende IG bij de Hazelaar doe je het allemaal in een warme omgeving waar humor en betrokkenheid vanzelfsprekend zijn. Als verzorgende IG bied jij zorg afgestemd op het persoonlijke levenspatroon van onze cliënten. Zo lever je een belangrijk aandeel in het welzijn van de cliënt. Dit doe jij door: - cliënten te verplegen, verzorgen en begeleiden op basis van de afspraken in het zorgplan; - actief mee te denken over de kwaliteit van onze zorgverlening; - medicatie te controleren, toe te dienen en te bestellen. Naast bovenstaande taken, kun je binnen het team een specifiek aandachtsveld toegewezen krijgen. Waar ga je werken? De Hazelaar is een verzorgings- en verpleeghuis en vormt het centrum van de ouderenzorg in Hasselt. Wij zijn een thuis voor onze bewoners en een ontmoetingsplek voor omwonenden. We zoeken zowel collega's voor ons team wat somatische zorg aan bewoners biedt die in hun eigen appartementen wonen als in het verpleeghuis voor ouderen met dementie waar ongeveer 6 bewoners per afdelingen wonen.
