Wat ga je doen? Als Verzorgende IG biedt je dagelijkse zorg en ondersteuning aan onze bewoners. Je helpt bij de persoonlijke verzorging en verricht verpleegtechnische handelingen. Je hebt oog voor wat onze bewoners nodig hebben en speelt hier op een persoonlijke en betrokken manier op in. Daarbij stimuleer je inwoners om zoveel mogelijk zelf de regie te houden. Met het Eigen Kompas kijk je samen met de inwoner, mantelzorgers en collega's naar wensen, mogelijkheden en de toekomst. Je signaleert veranderingen in de gezondheid en het welzijn van cliënten en onderneemt hier, waar nodig, actie op. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, mantelzorgers en andere betrokken disciplines om ervoor te zorgen dat iedere inwoner de juiste zorg en aandacht krijgt. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Juist dat maakt jouw werk zo waardevol en afwisselend. Je krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken, initiatief te nemen en samen met je collega's te zorgen voor een fijne leefomgeving voor onze cliënten. Wat bied jij Alerimus? Je bent in het bezit van het diploma Verzorgende IG. Je bent bevoegd en bekwaam in verpleegtechnische handelingen en hebt actuele kennis van relevante regelingen en protocollen. Je bent betrokken, zelfstandig en weet goed in te spelen op de wensen en behoeften van onze inwoner. Je werkt graag samen met collega's en draagt actief bij aan een prettige sfeer binnen het team.
