- ASVZ - Sliedrecht ( Zuid-Holland ) - Online sinds: vandaag ASVZ Ben jij een Verzorgende IG die graag écht de tijd neemt voor een cliënt en houd je van een combinatie van verpleegtechnische zorg, ADL én begeleiding? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Werkplek Op onze woning wonen 9 ouder wordende cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking. De zorgvragen zijn divers en nemen door het ouder worden toe. Een groot deel van onze cliënten heeft ondersteuning of volledige overname nodig bij de dagelijkse verzorging. Denk hierbij aan wassen, aankleden, eten en drinken, toiletgang, transfers en het gebruik van hulpmiddelen. Maar jouw werkdag bestaat uit veel meer dan alleen zorgmomenten. Juist bij het ouder worden vinden we het belangrijk dat cliënten een betekenisvolle en fijne dag blijven ervaren. Je ondersteunt daarom ook bij de invulling van het dagprogramma. De ene cliënt gaat naar de dagbesteding, terwijl een ander juist meer gebaat is bij activiteiten in of rondom de woning. Samen kijken we steeds: wat kan iemand nog zelf, waar heeft iemand ondersteuning bij nodig en wat geeft iemand plezier en kwaliteit van leven? Wat maakt deze woning bijzonder? Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je werkt met een kleine groep cliënten die je goed leert kennen. Daardoor merk je vaak aan kleine veranderingen hoe het met iemand gaat. Naast de medische en lichamelijke zorg is er ruimte voor gezelligheid, humor, samen eten, een activiteit of gewoon even persoonlijke aandacht. Er zijn op deze locatie geen slaapdiensten. We zoeken een collega die samen met ons wil zorgen dat onze cliënten niet alleen goede zorg krijgen, maar vooral zo prettig mogelijk kunnen wonen en ouder worden. Wat ga je doen? Je: - ondersteunt en neemt waar nodig ADL-zorg over; - verricht verpleegtechnische handelingen passend bij je bevoegd- en bekwaamheden; - signaleert veranderingen in gezondheid, gedrag en welzijn; - begeleidt cliënten bij hun dagelijkse structuur en dagprogramma; - ...
