Bij de één help je met de persoonlijke verzorging, bij de ander voer je verpleegtechnische handelingen uit of ondersteun je bij het innemen van medicatie. Tussen de bezoeken door ben je veel onderweg en geniet je van de afwisseling en vrijheid die de thuiszorg biedt. Dankzij jouw betrokkenheid en deskundigheid kunnen cliënten zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig in hun eigen vertrouwde omgeving blijven wonen. Geen huis en geen cliënt is hetzelfde, waardoor iedere werkdag weer nieuwe uitdagingen en mooie ontmoetingen brengt. ? Als Verzorgende IG in de thuiszorg ga je zelfstandig op pad in Delfzijl en omgeving. Je levert passende zorg aan cliënten thuis en bent een belangrijke schakel in hun dagelijks leven. Samen met collega's en andere zorgprofessionals zorg je ervoor dat cliënten de juiste ondersteuning ontvangen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verlenen van persoonlijke verzorging en begeleiding aan cliënten thuis. - Uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen. - Toedienen en controleren van medicatie. - Signaleren van veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand. - Opstellen, uitvoeren en evalueren van zorgplannen. - Onderhouden van contact met familie, mantelzorgers en andere disciplines. - Stimuleren van de zelfstandigheid en eigen regie van cliënten. ? - Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding Verzorgende IG (niveau 3). - Je bent zelfstandig, flexibel en neemt verantwoordelijkheid. - Je hebt affiniteit met de thuiszorg. - Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt goed inspelen op verschillende situaties. - Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B. ? - Salaris tussen €2.735,- en €3.592,- bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur (cao VVT, FWG 35). - Eindejaarsuitkering, vakantiegeld en reiskostenvergoeding. - Veel vrijheid en afwisseling in je werk. - Opleidings- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden via de Care4 Acad...
