Als Verzorgende IG op locatie Rubroek zorg je samen met je team voor een veilige, prettige en warme leefomgeving voor onze bewoners. Je kunt aan de slag op gespecialiseerde afdelingen die zich richten op diverse doelgroepen, zoals ouderen met een verstandelijke beperking, psychiatrische problematiek, lichamelijke problemen (somatiek) of dementie (PG). Je komt te werken op een van deze gespecialiseerde afdelingen, waar je een belangrijke rol speelt in het leveren van hoogwaardige zorg en het creëren van een echt thuisgevoel voor de bewoners. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ondersteunen bij ADL-handelingen en bewoners stimuleren om zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig te blijven; - Uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen, zoals het delen van medicatie en wondverzorging; - Persoonlijke aandacht geven en een vertrouwde band opbouwen met bewoners, zodat zij zich gezien, begrepen en gewaardeerd voelen; - Bijdragen aan een prettig woon- en leefklimaat op de afdeling; - Bewoners ondersteunen bij passende activiteiten en sociale momenten die bijdragen aan hun welzijn; - Signaleren van veranderingen en bijzonderheden en deze bespreken met collega's en familie of mantelzorgers; - Vastleggen van observaties en zorgmomenten in het zorgdossier; - Deelnemen aan overleggen en actief bijdragen aan de zorgplannen.
