Stroom 1 (afdeling Eendepoel, Heerenbeek en Het Laageind) is een somatische afdeling die onderverdeeld is in 3 huiskamers met elk 12 tot 13 bewoners, die zoveel mogelijk de regie in eigen handen hebben, maar afhankelijk zijn van midden tot hoog complexe zorg. We werken met 3 teams met verschillende niveaus, die een goede en flexibele en gelijke samenwerking met elkaar hebben. Doen - Zorg op maat leveren aan de bewoners die ons huis hun thuis noemen - Zorg dragen voor de dagelijks verzorging, verpleging en begeleiding van bewoners conform het zorgleefplan - Bestellen van medicatie, middelen en materialen voor bewoners - Overbrengen van je kennis en ervaring om de zorgverlening te optimaliseren - Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de bewoners en zijn/haar verwanten - Deelnemen aan diverse overleggen (o.a. teamoverleggen en MDO's) Kunnen - MBO niveau 3 Verzorgende IG diploma - EVV of GVS of GVP opleiding óf bereid deze te halen (via ons) - Je doet je werk met plezier, niet omdat het moet, maar omdat het in je zit - Uren bepalen we in overleg met jou. Hierdoor is er voldoende ruimte om jouw werk/privé balans te bewaren. - Een (roze) hart voor ouderen - Als zij-instromer of herintreder ben je ook van harte welkom Krijgen - VAST contract - Verzorgende IG: Bruto salaris van € 2.735,91 - € 3.592,96 (fulltime) per maand volgens cao VVT FWG 35 - Verzorgende IG + EVV : Bruto salaris van € 2.981,98 - € 3.864,43 (fulltime) per maand volgens cao VVT FWG 40 - 8% vakantiegeld, 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering en reiskostenvergoeding - Goede pensioenregeling, aanvullende arbeidsongeschiktheidsverzekering en korting op een aanvullende zorgverzekering - 237,4 verlofuren (=ruim 6,5 week)...
